Remember When is a novel set in two different times. The first part of the novel sets everything up and tells the tale of a hoard of diamonds that are stolen and then go missing. The second part of the story moves forward to futuristic New York and features New York City Detective Lieutenant Eve Dallas. Someone is after the diamonds and will do anything to get their hands on them, even kill. Lieutenant Dallas soon finds that she has a case on her hands that goes back for years and which may also bring danger and death to future generations as well.
The premise of this novel is an excellent one; it mixes the two different styles
of Nora Roberts, contemporary and futuristic. Fans of both her books will not
be disappointed as she has managed to seamlessly move from one style to another.
All the well known characters are present and are as usual involved in the case.
This is certainly a novel for fans of both Nora Roberts and J D Robb who are
able to see both sides of this bestselling author.
